Returns and exchanges

Wrong size? Send it back within 30 days and we send the right one.

Store items

  • Exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with the labels on.
  • Message us first on WhatsApp +92 302 2922242 or support@xelentmma.com with your order and the size you need. We reply with the return address.
  • We ship the new size as soon as your parcel is on its way back. Refunds go to the original payment within 10 working days of it arriving.
  • Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item.

Academy and custom orders

Custom pieces are made for you, with your marks, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is why you approve a sample first. If anything arrives different from the approved sample, we remake it.

Our promise on stitching

If a seam or a stitch fails from normal training, send us a photo. We repair or replace it.
